Mitch brings over a decade of recruitment experience to his role at Hunter Manning. Having previously honed his craft at some of the worlds largest recruitment agencies, he’s gone on to lead a dynamic office of over 20+ staff in his last role, navigating the team through record periods.

Driven by a steadfast belief in the transformative potential of businesses through people, Mitch has assisted multiple organisations reach significant milestones through better hiring practices.

Mitch possesses a versatile skillset covering operating model transformation, executive search hiring, retained methodology adoption as well as consultation to organisations on employee engagement best practice.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mitch can be found on the Golf course, but rarely on the fairways, or down the beach, spending quality time with his two young children.
