Hunter Manning have partnered with a household WA organisation, who are looking to add an experienced, commercially focused Finance Business Partner to their team.
Offered on an initial 15 month contract basis, the role has the opportunity to become a permanent position in the future.

The Role
The Primary focus of the role is to partner with business leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that align with company objectives. You'll provide financial insights and identify opportunities to optimise resources and improve divisional profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with business leaders to develop strategic financial plans, performance reporting and operational metrics
- Develop and integrate scenario planning capabilities to understand the impact of decisions and provide insights that drive business improvement
- Deliver robust quarterly forecasting, applying financial expertise to deliver detailed impact analysis and commercial insights.
We're seeking qualified accountants with a flair of commercial acumen. The
ability to combine financial expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent
communication is a must. You should be comfortable navigating complex
financial landscapes and providing insights that guide key business decisions.
The ideal Candidate will bring:
- Proven experience in business partnering and strategic planning.
- Ability to present complex financial data in an easy to digest way to non-financial stakeholders
- Relevant qualifications as a CA, CPA or similar.
